So, how does it started? “Wayside coffee actually started as a pop up coffee cart on events, weddings, corporate events.” He replied. Thus the concept of being “wayside.” He added, that “After a year we have decided to have a own space with the help of our friend Sherwin who is also one of the business partners.” I asked Christian Neil if they have have secret bean blend?” “We have a signature blend, We partner with Mancas Roastery. We are proud of our product. Mostly they are imported.”
